1. How to use granular organic fertilizer
Granular organic fertilizer can be mixed with garden soil and then added with coconut bran and vermiculite for plant planting.
Granular organic fertilizer can also be evenly spread on the bottom of the soil, but before fertilization, a layer of coarse sand and gravel needs to be laid on the bottom of the soil to play a role in ventilation and drainage. 2. Will granular organic fertilizer burn roots?
Granular organic fertilizer generally will not burn roots as long as it is used properly. Organic fertilizer must be applied in advance and must be fully decomposed.
Generally, undecomposed farmyard manure will carry a large number of microorganisms and parasitic roundworm eggs. If it is applied to farmland, it will attach to crops and cause direct pollution. When undecomposed farmyard manure is directly applied to the soil, the high temperature will cause plant root burns.
3. Which is better, granular organic fertilizer or powdered organic fertilizer?
a. Granular organic fertilizer is generally better than powdered organic fertilizer. Fertilizers with very low water solubility must be ground into small particles to ensure that they can be effectively and quickly dissolved in the soil and absorbed by plants. The control of organic fertilizer particle size is very important for fertilizer storage and transportation.
Good granulation can make organic fertilizer less likely to clump and have better transportation performance. Some inorganic ingredients can be added to the organic fertilizer production line, which can improve the fertilizer efficiency of organic fertilizer. If inorganic ingredients are added to powdered fertilizer, it will easily absorb moisture and clump.
b. The production of powdered organic fertilizer mainly involves fermenting, composting, crushing, mixing and packaging the organic fertilizer raw materials, livestock and poultry manure, or domestic garbage, sludge, distiller's grains, and sludge.
The basic process configuration of powdered organic fertilizer is dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, stirring, and packaging. After these steps, the processing and production of powdered organic fertilizer will be completed.
c. Granular organic fertilizer is not as simple as powdered organic fertilizer production. Its production process requires further processing. Organic fertilizer granules need to go through fermentation, dehydration, drying, deodorization, crushing, stirring, mixing, granulation, high temperature, cooling, packaging and other steps.
